In this episode JD and Mike D. talk about the recent increase disability awareness through mainstream media, TV shows like Blue Bloods and Cobra Kai and how support like this helps the overall movement for inclusion in society.

JD gave a first hand account of the importance inclusion has played in his life, as he talks about being an active member of his towns volunteer fire department. Joining JD and Mike D. is past department chief Tom Hooker. Chief Hooker will talk about inclusion from his perspective as a department leader, the fears and concerns voiced by town leaders and other department members. He will reveal the consequences of his bold decision to being someone with a physical disability on the department and tell us how it has changed their small town.
